Clinical Educator

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized, competency-based training and development programs to dialysis staff within an assigned geographical area
• Facilitate new employee orientation, preceptor training, and facility-specific in-services
• Implement clinical, quality, and customer service training programs to promote high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure alignment with regional and corporate goals
• Utilize various educational venues and generational learning techniques to support and evaluate training
• Support metric and KPI programs through timely data documentation and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and strategies to support all dialysis modalities

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Current RN state licensure in your primary state of residence
• Minimum 1-year of dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR BLS Certification
• Ability to travel between 35% and 80% to assigned facilities and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (BSN or MSN)
• CDN or CNN certification (or ability to attain within 18 months of employment)
