Clinical Educator

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized, competency-based training programs including new employee orientation and preceptor training
• Facilitate and implement dialysis training programs to promote quality patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care for dialysis patients
• Develop and maintain educational programs, technologies, and processes for new and current personnel
• Use various facilitation techniques and generational learning tools to create engaging learning experiences
• Support metric and KPI programs through timely data documentation and reporting
• Travel between assigned facilities and various community locations as required

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence
• Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse
• Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (BSN or MSN)
• CDN or CNN certification, or ability to attain within 18 months of employment
