Clinical Education Specialist - Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Nursing Clinical Experience Liaisons and HSSHS placement coordinators.
• Support students and faculty with educational tutorials and inquiries regarding onboarding processes.
• Enter and update clinical placement data in management software such as Exxat-Prism and Clinician Nexus.
• Generate and share clinical placement reports with the Nursing Clinical Experience Liaison team.
• Assist students with navigating clinical management software.
• Coordinate and implement Clinical Readiness Fairs and other Clinical and Fieldwork Clearance Office (CFCO) events.
• Manage email communications and schedule events for the CFCO team.
• Provide cross-training and backup support for the Clinical Education team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills and information technology.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to maintain high levels of detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college coursework.
• Experience working in a post-secondary education environment.
• Two years of related professional work experience.
