About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding classes and simulation lab scenarios for new hires
- Provide educational leadership to enhance specialized patient care and ensure clinician competency
- Collaborate with medical providers and home health management to deliver educational curricula
- Assist with clinical skills development programs and monitor compliance with quality standards
- Educate staff on specialized patient care, nursing protocols, and new equipment use
- Develop patient care plans incorporating evidence-based research
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and self-study training sessions
- Evaluate the efficacy of formal and simulation classes to drive results
- Identify training needs and communicate concerns to Home Health Leadership
- Participate in clinical process improvement teams and data collection activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
- Two to three years of related work experience preferred
- Experience working with diverse youth
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
