About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute orthodontic education programs across the EMEA region covering diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Deliver high-quality face-to-face and virtual education, including lectures, hands-on workshops, and blended learning experiences.
- Define learning objectives and implement assessment methodologies to measure educational effectiveness and link impact to business KPIs.
- Build strong clinical relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs across EMEA to support speaker training and content alignment.
- Translate scientific clinical evidence into practical educational content and localized market strategies.
- Manage education budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI.
- Leverage digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Power BI to deliver and report on scalable education models.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in an education, product specialist, or clinical specialist role.
- DDS degree or equivalent clinical qualification.
- Solid understanding of both traditional and digital orthodontic workflows.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
- High digital literacy, including proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and adult learning methodology skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and align clinical programs with commercial objectives.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regional or international (EMEA) capacity.
- Strong coaching skills specifically tailored for stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Ability to critically analyze clinical literature and translate complex data into actionable training.
