About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize EMEA-wide clinical education programs for General Practitioners, focusing on digital dentistry, restorative workflows, and CAD/CAM solutions.
  • Develop blended learning pathways including online, hybrid, and face-to-face training such as lectures and hands-on workshops.
  • Act as a clinical subject matter expert for digital restorative workflows, bridging the gap between clinic and lab environments.
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiatives and manage relationships with internal stakeholders across Clinical, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness, adoption impact, and ROI of all educational programs.
  • Interpret clinical evidence to ensure the scientific accuracy and credibility of all educational content.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in an education, product specialist, or clinical specialist role.
  • Experience in the Medical Education field and/or a DDS degree or equivalent.
  • Strong background in digital dentistry, restorative workflows, and CAD/CAM solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering clinical education to General Practitioners in both online and face-to-face formats.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a strong plus.
