Clinical Education Events Specialist, APAC

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage regional educational events, including webinars, conferences, and hybrid events for internal and external audiences.
• Manage third-party webinar platforms, streamlining workflows and integrating them with internal systems.
• Set up and manage events within the internal Salesforce Event Management Tool, covering everything from creation to registration.
• Optimize event management systems to improve efficiency and create better tools for the team.
• Perform system testing for event platforms, digital education portals, and related infrastructure.
• Maintain the Event Management Tool (EMT) playbook and track/publish event records.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, country counterparts, and external agencies.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Management.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in event management.
• Proven experience using event management systems and webinar platforms.
• Strong implementation and execution skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with regional teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to coordinate complex projects and events.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Experience working within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region is an advantage.
