Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct patient care operations of the home care facility
• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support company objectives
• Oversee patient eligibility and plan home health care services
• Implement administrative practices and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Enhance agency profitability and manage staff motivation and retention
• Ensure all CMS and state regulations are followed regarding nursing services supervision

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice, or PT/OT/SLP licensure
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a home health or related healthcare setting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
