Clinical Director Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports-related, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide skilled interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of therapists, assistants, and staff
• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
• Monitor key performance indicators and clinic productivity
• Build relationships with physicians and community referral sources

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinic management or team leadership experience
• Background in sports medicine or post-operative rehabilitation
• Experience with physician relations and community outreach
• Advanced certifications such as OCS, SCS, CSCS, or dry needling
