Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and financial operations of the clinic
- Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates
- Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources
- Grow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing departments
- Develop customized plans of care based on evidence-based practices
- Provide timely communication with referral sources
- Oversee patient and teammate schedules
- Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes
- Set and achieve professional goals and career growth
Requirements
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate
- NY Physical Therapist License
- 3+ years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong leadership qualities
- First Aid, AED, and CPR Certifications
