Clinical Director Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical therapists in conducting evaluations and devising plans of care
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and perform monthly chart audits
• Manage clinic profitability, productivity, and culture
• Handle customer service issues and coordinate with the Practice Supervisor
• Monitor and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the clinic
• Manage staff scheduling and coordinate staffing needs
• Oversee maintenance of clinic facilities and equipment
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
• Participate in the interview and training process for new clinical staff

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Valid Alaska DPT License
• Experience managing and leading people
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle complexity and multitask
• High level of managerial and leadership skill

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director
