Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and financial operations of the clinic
• Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates
• Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources
• Grow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing departments
• Develop customized plans of care based on evidence-based practices
• Provide timely communication with referral sources
• Oversee patient and teammate schedules
• Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes

Requirements

• Physical Therapist Program Graduate
• CT Physical Therapist License
• 3+ years of experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong leadership qualities
• First Aid, AED, and CPR Certifications
