Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Execute operational plans and initiatives to achieve clinic performance targets
• Own and deliver clinic KPIs including utilization, productivity, and staffing
• Oversee scheduling, staffing ratios, and resource allocation
• Lead, mentor, and empower Clinical Supervisors, Office Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure operational decisions support client outcomes
• Manage clinic budget, monitor expenses, and control costs
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client and operational concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of operational leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health
• Proven success in managing budgets and leading large, diverse teams
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience managing via KPIs
• High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
• Full commitment to working onsite
