Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Stabilization Specialists and Clinicians in providing CCS stabilization interventions and services
• Hire, train, and conduct performance evaluations for all CCS program staff
• Collaborate with the Director of CCS Nursing on daily service operations
• Manage and direct daily clinical interventions, assessments, and stabilization services

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health care field
• Two years of experience in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health setting
• Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, RN, or LRC)
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
