Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the leadership team, outside agencies, and partners
• Provide weekly one-on-one supervision and training to clinical supervisors
• Supervise various programs, contracts, and payors to ensure adequate staffing and adherence to standards
• Oversee the internship program, including selection, training, and monitoring of student interns
• Manage the client waitlist and assign cases to therapists based on client needs and therapist expertise
• Provide direct service to a small caseload of clients
• Participate in staff interviews, selection, and annual evaluations
• Identify team skill gaps and develop yearly educational goals and training plans
• Conduct weekly team staffing meetings and small group supervision
• Provide ongoing quality assurance for therapeutic files and oversee therapist credentialing
• Assist with program development and grant funding proposals
• Participate in the billing process and provide fiduciary oversight

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a therapist or counselor
• Prior experience supervising clinical therapists or counselors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
