Clinical Director

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the clinical team ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards
• Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, counselors, and other clinical staff
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new curriculum and clinical practices
• Monitor client progress and ensure individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide clinical consultation for complex cases and crisis situations
• Facilitate weekly team clinical meetings and family groups
• Review and sign clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with business development, recruitment, and marketing departments

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a relevant field
• Current licensure as a clinical psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Experience in employee supervision
