Clinical Data Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine protocol-specific case report forms (CRFs) and data management plans
• Build and modify data structures and databases to support clinical studies
• Perform detailed data cleaning, curation, and discrepancy resolution
• Prepare datasets for statistical analysis in compliance with regulatory guidance
• Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses including t-tests, ANOVA, and regression
• Create publication-ready visualizations, dashboards, and summary reports
• Collaborate with research personnel to generate interim reports, abstracts, and manuscripts
• Contribute to SOP development and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Public Health
• 3+ years of experience in clinical research data analytics, preferably in medical device
• Strong knowledge of GCP and data privacy protection
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks
• Experience with coding environments and AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
