Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective management of clinical activities and coordination of patient care
- Perform patient care, teaching, and educational responsibilities
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives
- Engage in academic and research activities/projects
- Perform administrative duties and other cross-functional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Licensure from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) Level II Rescuer certification
- Up to three years of relevant experience, including advanced practice roles
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing
- Experience in Transplant nursing
- Research experience
