Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective management of clinical activities and coordination of patient care
• Perform patient care, teaching, and educational responsibilities
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives
• Engage in academic and research activities/projects
• Perform administrative duties and other cross-functional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Licensure from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) Level II Rescuer certification
• Up to three years of relevant experience, including advanced practice roles
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing
• Experience in Transplant nursing
• Research experience
