Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized nursing knowledge to manage clinical activities and coordinate patient care
• Perform direct patient care and educational/teaching responsibilities
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, academic activities, and research projects
• Execute administrative duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Licensure from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) Level II Rescuer certification
• Up to three years of relevant experience, including advanced practice roles
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Master's degree in nursing
• Experience in transplant nursing
• Research experience
