Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized nursing knowledge to manage clinical activities and coordinate patient care
- Perform direct patient care and educational/teaching responsibilities
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, academic activities, and research projects
- Execute administrative duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Licensure from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) Level II Rescuer certification
- Up to three years of relevant experience, including advanced practice roles
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized Master's degree in nursing
- Experience in transplant nursing
- Research experience
