About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Medical Assistant team including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Create and manage provider and resource clinic schedule templates
- Conduct office opening and closing procedures, including administrative tasks and inventory management
- Manage clinical and office supply inventory and ordering
- Triage incoming phone calls, app messages, and emails from patients and stakeholders
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out and point-of-service payment collection
- Act as a technology superuser to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Requirements
- OB/GYN or women’s health experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Current clinical certification or licensure (RN, LPN, or CMA)
- Experience with quality improvement or clinical compliance initiatives
