Clinical Coordinator - Charge Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and supervision to direct patient care staff
• Act as the hemodialysis team leader to ensure high-quality chronic hemodialysis care
• Coordinate patient care plans by communicating with physicians and the healthcare team
• Assess daily patient needs, develop assignments, and monitor patient conditions during treatment
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, facility procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Oversee documentation of patient information and supervise the safe use of medical equipment
• Train and orient staff while providing ongoing feedback and support
• Manage shift operations, including emergency response and medication administration

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current RN license
• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience
• Minimum of 3 months of specialized experience in dialysis clinical nursing care
• Current CPR certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical/surgical nursing
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting
