Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Resident Care Director to manage administrative tasks for the Wellness Department
• Monitor resident electronic health records (myUnity) and medication administration records (eMARs/eMORs) for documentation accuracy
• Develop Resident Care Associate (RCA) staffing schedules in conjunction with the Resident Care Director
• Support and assist RCA staff with training and in-service completion
• Assemble resident records for new move-ins and update resident face sheet information
• Enter resident care needs into the Yardi/Resident Summary Template
• Order and maintain sufficient supplies for the Resident Care department
• Coordinate Quality Assurance and family meetings

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent
• State required certifications and completion of Medication Aide Training
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in staff scheduling
