About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality
- Observe, coach, and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies
- Review documentation, data collection, and client progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or a related field
- 1–2 years of ABA or behavioral health experience
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (completed or in progress) in psychology or related field
- 2-3 years of experience working in the ABA field
- RBT Certification
