Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality
• Observe, coach, and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies
• Review documentation, data collection, and client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or a related field
• 1–2 years of ABA or behavioral health experience
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (completed or in progress) in psychology or related field
• 2-3 years of experience working in the ABA field
• RBT Certification
