About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective management of clinical activities and coordinate patient care across the continuum
  • Perform direct patient care, teaching, and educational responsibilities
  • Participate actively in Quality Improvement initiatives and academic/research projects
  • Manage administrative duties and clinical coordination within the Ambulatory Multi Organ Transplant team
  • Apply specialized nursing knowledge to ensure continuity in patient care management

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Current licensure/certificate of competency from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) Level II Rescuer certification
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including advanced practice roles
  • Computer literacy and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a recognized Master's degree in nursing
  • Previous experience in Transplant nursing
  • Experience in research activities
