Clinical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide ventricular medical device case support, including on-call support
• Deliver medical device education to patients and staff in settings such as the ICU, OR, and Cath Lab
• Perform proactive patient rounds to provide assistance and support
• Acquire and demonstrate working knowledge of products and therapies
• Collaborate with the Clinical Support Center (CSC) for ongoing assistance
• Maintain clinical competency and stay updated on relevant product information

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical experience in CICU, CVICU, CVOR, or Cath Lab
• Significant experience with ventricular medical devices (minimum of 10 cases/patients supported)
• Availability for at least 5 days per month, including at least one weekend per month
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekdays
• Ability to work at various hospital locations within the assigned region
• RN or APP license strongly preferred; Perfusionists and cardiovascular specialists are also preferred
