Clinical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales partners to develop customized product and therapy solutions and provide equipment training
• Conduct prospecting and demand generation activities by serving as a therapy thought leader at clinical forums and seminars
• Act as a trusted advisor to patients and clinical staff by providing technical expertise and in-depth workflow understanding
• Support the commercialization and launch of new products through training and marketing program deployment
• Assess clinical environments and implement training plans to optimize patient outcomes and operational performance
• Develop and deploy training programs for patients, nurses, physicians, and internal stakeholders
• Mentor Clinical Educators to improve their knowledge base and consultative facilitation skills
• Plan and implement regional educational sessions for nursing staff regarding therapy concepts and practical applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales or clinical education within the dialysis industry
• Ability to travel up to 85% via automobile, train, or airplane, including overnight stays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a self-starter attitude
• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
