About the Company

Avelios is on a mission to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Support hospitals during the rollout of Avelios, focusing on clinical adoption by nursing and medical teams
• Coordinate end-user trainings and hypercare phases with internal teams and external partners
• Conduct on-site and remote trainings for clinical users tailored to specific workflows
• Act as the main point of contact for clinical users during go-live and stabilization phases
• Translate clinical needs and concerns into actionable insights for product and engineering teams
• Manage change in clinical environments by building trust and fostering acceptance
• Collect, analyze, and document user feedback and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in a hospital setting (nurse, physician, or similar clinical professional)
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows (wards, outpatient, emergency, OR, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of medical documentation and medication workflows
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for clinical users
• Practical experience with clinical IT systems or implementation projects is a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and good working proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
