About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with children and families to provide mental health and behavioral support
- Teach parenting skills and developmental strategies
- Manage cases by attending treatment meetings and updating court and monthly reports
- Connect youth and families to essential community resources
- Enhance permanent connections for youth within the community
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and provide on-call support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide transportation for clients as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with youth and families
- Willingness to travel throughout the state

- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to manage personal schedules and goals
