About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services for an adolescent residential treatment program
- Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings, group work, and family work
- Support the development and implementation of individual treatment goals
- Provide transitional in-home and community support
- Perform crisis intervention as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field
- Behavioral Health Professional certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children and families
- Social Worker licensure
