Clinical Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for an adolescent residential treatment program
• Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings, group work, and family work
• Support the development and implementation of individual treatment goals
• Provide transitional in-home and community support
• Perform crisis intervention as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field
• Behavioral Health Professional certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families
• Social Worker licensure
