About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants within the Pathways Transitional Housing Program
  • Offer clinical support and administrative assistance to participants, including supported employment services
  • Provide clinical training and support to staff members
  • Manage all financial information and participant benefits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field or a related field
  • Four years of related experience and/or professional training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with supported employment activities
  • Experience working with the specific participant population served by the program
