About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants within the Pathways Transitional Housing Program
- Offer clinical support and administrative assistance to participants, including supported employment services
- Provide clinical training and support to staff members
- Manage all financial information and participant benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field or a related field
- Four years of related experience and/or professional training
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with supported employment activities
- Experience working with the specific participant population served by the program
