About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload of neurodiverse individuals under the supervision of a licensed clinical provider.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior, treatment, educational, or medication support plans.
- Model and teach behavioral or mental health strategies to staff and other stakeholders.
- Train managers and Direct Support Professional (DSP) leads on individual-specific plans.
- Monitor, verify, and document programmatic or clinical support services and data collection.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic records and complete all required administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure high-quality program implementation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must meet all Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) requirements.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to pass satisfactory background checks.
