About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned caseload of neurodiverse individuals under the supervision of a licensed clinical provider.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior, treatment, educational, or medication support plans.
  • Model and teach behavioral or mental health strategies to staff and other stakeholders.
  • Train managers and Direct Support Professional (DSP) leads on individual-specific plans.
  • Monitor, verify, and document programmatic or clinical support services and data collection.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic records and complete all required administrative documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure high-quality program implementation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must meet all Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) requirements.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to pass satisfactory background checks.
