Clinical Business Analyst (RN)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between clinical stakeholders and the digital health team
• Translate complex clinical workflows into system requirements for Salesforce-based EMR and PAS systems
• Ensure clinical intent is accurately reflected in system design, configuration, and delivery
• Contribute to Agile delivery, testing, and go-live activities
• Provide Level 2 application support within a dynamic healthcare environment

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration
• Clinical implementation experience or strong business analysis capability
• Experience with EMR/PAS implementation or support
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and participate in on-call support if required
