Clinical Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support in hospital settings, specifically in Electrophysiology (EP) labs and operating rooms
• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping, diagnostic, and therapy systems
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business to build credible professional relationships
• Support EP Sales Representatives through regional training seminars, clinical studies, and new product demonstrations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering, sales, and educational support for EP products
• Stay current on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and competitor market trends
• Participate in occasional travel for in-person instruction and live procedure coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements
