Clinical Assistant Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in both office and field settings
• Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations
• Ensure all interventions are person-centered and delivered based on individual preferences, needs, and goals
• Manage documentation quality, ensuring all records are timely and clinically sound
• Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building and recovery-oriented care

Requirements

• Clinical license from Massachusetts (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
