About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to staff in both office and field settings
- Oversee development and completion of treatment plans, crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations
- Ensure all interventions are person-centered and delivered based on individual preferences, needs, and goals
- Manage documentation quality, ensuring all records are timely and clinically sound
- Guide staff in delivering side-by-side interventions focused on skill-building and recovery-oriented care
Requirements
- Clinical license from Massachusetts (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
