Clinical Assistant Professor/Director, Clinical Laboratory

Responsibilities

• Provide engaged instruction, develop curricula, and assess student learning
• Offer mentorship, advising, and support to students
• Oversee laboratory instruction and student activities
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure compliance with academic and safety standards
• Manage laboratory budgeting, inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Oversee daily operations of the clinical laboratory to ensure accurate and compliant testing services

Requirements

• Earned Master's degree
• Unencumbered current New Jersey registered nurse or allied health professions license
• Clinical or didactic teaching experience
• Clinical laboratory or simulation experience
• 3-5 years of progressive management experience
• Proficiency in computer systems including spreadsheets, videoconferencing, and email
