Clinical Assistant EPCU

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations, including meal distribution to study participants and maintaining meticulous consumption records
• Ensure food quality and safety through expiry date checks, proper storage, and inventory management
• Provide professional reception and hospitality services, welcoming study volunteers, visitors, and suppliers
• Handle administrative tasks such as volunteer check-ins, visitor logs, and remuneration processing
• Oversee warehouse and logistics by receiving, inspecting, and organizing clinical goods and study medications
• Maintain accurate inventory of consumables, stationery, and clinical collection materials

Requirements

• Fluent German and basic English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Windows Office applications
• Secondary school qualification or equivalent
• Ability to work shifts (early/late) and weekends or holidays as required
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in restaurant, canteen, or hospitality work
• Experience in office administration or reception
• Previous experience working in a hospital or medical environment
