About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, diagnostic, and therapy support for respiratory therapy services
- Perform daily office duties including typing, proofreading, filing, and maintaining client charts
- Manage CPAP equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning
- Assist with the sales and maintenance of CPAP inventory and provide product demonstrations to clients
- Document client care services and maintain accurate records in database systems
- Support healthcare professionals with necessary processes, forms, and funding documentation
- Participate in home testing for diagnosis under the supervision of a healthcare professional
- Participate in the branch on-call rotation to provide after-hours service to clients
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
Requirements
- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or a medical background preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in general office practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and Google systems
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
