About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, diagnostic, and therapy support for respiratory therapy services
  • Perform daily office duties including typing, proofreading, filing, and maintaining client charts
  • Manage CPAP equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning
  • Assist with the sales and maintenance of CPAP inventory and provide product demonstrations to clients
  • Document client care services and maintain accurate records in database systems
  • Support healthcare professionals with necessary processes, forms, and funding documentation
  • Participate in home testing for diagnosis under the supervision of a healthcare professional
  • Participate in the branch on-call rotation to provide after-hours service to clients
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols

Requirements

  • College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or a medical background preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in general office practice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and Google systems
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
