About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide customized clinical application training for Mobile C-Arm systems to end-users at customer sites.
  • Support the sales process by conducting onsite product demonstrations and providing clinical case support during procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, sales teams, and service departments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, document user competency, and monitor customer satisfaction with equipment performance.
  • Act as a clinical and technical liaison to align product features with customer needs during pre-sales activities.
  • Manage personal professional development and maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical technology and clinical protocols.
  • Perform extensive overnight travel (approximately 80%) across Canada and the USA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of clinical experience in the assigned modality or 4+ years of field applications experience.
  • Registered Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) with CAMRT or an equivalent certification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Ability to travel 80% overnight, including some weekend travel.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in adult teaching, training delivery, and instructional techniques.
  • Previous experience in a sales-related role or possessing translatable sales skills.
