Clinical Applications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of the Omnipod data management platform by onboarding healthcare providers and clinic staff
• Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration into clinic workflows
• Educate healthcare providers on new platform features, capabilities, and data analytics insights
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinics to position yourself as a subject matter expert in diabetes data management
• Collaborate with regional business leaders and product management teams to share customer feedback and drive product improvements

Requirements

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's strongly preferred)
• 1-3 years of sales or clinical experience
• Proficiency with technology and clinical workflow systems, including large data systems and personal medical devices
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within the assigned geographic area
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional credentials such as Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse
• Experience onboarding clients to a data platform or service
• Experience in medical device sales or diabetes management
