About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical delivery of MR education by providing application training in hospitals and clinics
- Deliver engaging on-site clinical services, solutions, education, and training
- Collaborate with local sales, service, and CPM teams to ensure site readiness and a high-quality customer experience
- Take ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and internal stakeholder collaboration
- Communicate project status, issues, and delays effectively with internal teams
- Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions
- Manage a heavy travel schedule, including 90-100% national travel with potential night and weekend coverage
Requirements
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or ARMIT certification (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of MR clinical experience
- Willingness to travel 90-100% (including weekly flights and overnights)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- In-depth clinical knowledge and proficient MR skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in teaching or providing in-service training
