Clinical Application Specialist, MR

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical delivery of MR education by providing application training in hospitals and clinics
• Deliver engaging on-site clinical services, solutions, education, and training
• Collaborate with local sales, service, and CPM teams to ensure site readiness and a high-quality customer experience
• Take ownership of the learner experience through customer consultation and internal stakeholder collaboration
• Communicate project status, issues, and delays effectively with internal teams
• Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions
• Manage a heavy travel schedule, including 90-100% national travel with potential night and weekend coverage

Requirements

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or ARMIT certification (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of MR clinical experience
• Willingness to travel 90-100% (including weekly flights and overnights)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• In-depth clinical knowledge and proficient MR skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in teaching or providing in-service training
