Clinical Application Specialist IGT

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise for Image Guided Therapy (IGT) systems through product demonstrations and pre-sales presentations.
• Support Account Managers and sales specialists by providing clinical decision support during customer acquisition.
• Conduct comprehensive customer training, including setting up schedules and delivering customized competency-based materials.
• Educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues and new product developments.
• Coordinate and execute clinical evaluations and product demonstrations to expand market share.
• Manage safety standards, including radiation protection and health and safety regulations.
• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure high levels of training quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant allied health discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of Angiography systems, specifically within Interventional Radiology or Interventional Cardiology.
• Proven experience working in cath labs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking, understanding, and writing) and the local language.
• Willingness to travel within Norway and the Nordic countries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical applications.
• Previous teaching experience in a clinical environment.
