Clinical Application Scientist

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and product training through regular clinic visits to ensure proper product adoption and best practices.
• Manage the CoE Shanghai Training Lab, including equipment maintenance, consumable management, lab QC, and documentation.
• Plan and execute training courses and local workshops in collaboration with Marketing and global Medical Affairs teams.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide scientific support for customers and drive technical support initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical embryology practice.
• Bachelor's degree in biology or a related science.
• Proven experience in science and research.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with medical professionals at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in embryology or reproductive sciences.
• Professional certification in clinical embryology.
• Recognized research publications or presentations in the field of assisted reproduction.
• Experience working within a global matrix organization.
