Clinical and Application Specialist Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical support and application expertise for Critical Care products, including anesthesia workstations and ventilators.
• Plan and conduct product training and clinical education for healthcare professionals in ICU, Operating Rooms, and Emergency Departments.
• Support product evaluations, demonstrations, installations, and implementations at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support the customer journey and tender processes.
• Build long-term relationships with clinicians to optimize clinical workflows and patient care.
• Travel extensively to hospitals and customer sites (approximately 50–70% of the time).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or a relevant healthcare discipline.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in Intensive Care, Anaesthesia, Operating Theatre, or Respiratory Care.
• Proven experience working with medical devices and clinical technologies.
• Experience delivering clinical education, coaching, or training to healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical ventilation, critical care medicine, respiratory physiology, and patient safety.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ECMO systems.
• Previous experience within the medical technology industry.
• Experience supporting product demonstrations, evaluations, or tenders.
• Advanced clinical certifications.
