Clinical Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Launch new hospitals and drive organic growth within the existing install base
• Expand the use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers
• Partner with local Territory Managers to launch Ceribell at new customer sites
• Provide ongoing medical education and clinical training to physicians and hospital staff
• Educate clinical teams on proper product usage, workflow solutions, and patient protocols
• Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate interest
• Manage administrative tasks and reporting via Salesforce.com
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5+ years of medical device or pharma sales experience
• Alternatively, experience as an RN with industry experience in supporting sales teams
• Ability to travel 80%-90% of the time
• Strong project management skills to support new account launches
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a field-based team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment or working with disruptive technology
• Clinical experience in a Neuro ICU setting
• Previous experience in medical device sales
