Clinical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned territory through effective account planning
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders
• Deliver clinical training, education, and product support, including managing trials and evaluations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Support clinical study days, training events, and the Derby Centre of Excellence
• Provide market insights and updates to the National Sales Manager to inform strategy
• Manage customer engagement and training materials using digital tools like Showpad
• Support tendering, regulatory, and marketing activities as required

Requirements

• Strong clinical or technical knowledge within critical care settings
• Proven ability to deliver training, education, and presentations confidently
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and developing opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical device or healthcare commercial environment
• Understanding of NHS procurement and tender processes
• An established network of clinical stakeholders within the territory
