Clinical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the Acute Care Therapies portfolio across New Zealand
• Deliver high-quality clinical education, product training, and in-field support to healthcare professionals in ICU and theatre settings
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders including ICU clinicians, nurse educators, and procurement teams
• Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations to ensure successful adoption
• Partner with the sales team to drive commercial outcomes, including contributing to tenders and account strategy
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned to revenue targets
• Travel across New Zealand (up to 50%) to support customers and grow key accounts

Requirements

• Clinical background in critical care (ICU experience is essential)
• Strong understanding of acute care environments
• Confident delivering training and education to clinical audiences with strong presentation skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across New Zealand

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an ICU setting
• Early exposure to or interest in a commercial or industry role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
