Responsibilities
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business
- Drive activations of new users and additional scanners within practices
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors at key accounts
- Provide consultative solutioning and negotiate commercial terms
- Experiment and execute on churn reduction strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like customer support and training to drive product enhancements
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the dental industry in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Proven track record of upselling and growing an account portfolio
- Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium-sized businesses
- Ability to spend over 60% of the day communicating with clients via phone
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using dashboards to inform outreach
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
