About the role

Responsibilities

  • Launch new hospitals and drive organic growth within the existing install base
  • Partner with local Territory Managers to expand Ceribell use in acute and critical care centers
  • Provide ongoing medical education and clinical training to physicians and hospital staff
  • Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate interest
  • Develop a qualified lead funnel through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education
  • Troubleshoot workflow solutions and partner with clinicians to establish patient protocols
  • Manage administrative tasks and reporting using Salesforce.com
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN with industry experience supporting sales teams
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time (approximately 3 days per week)
  • Strong project management skills to support new account launches
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be located within the territory (Peoria, IL to Northwest Indiana)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment or working with disruptive technology
  • Clinical experience in a Neuro ICU setting
  • Previous experience in medical device sales
