About the role
Responsibilities
- Launch new hospitals and drive organic growth within the existing install base
- Expand the use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers
- Provide ongoing medical education and clinical training to physicians and hospital staff
- Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate interest
- Develop a qualified lead funnel through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education
- Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure
- Troubleshoot workflow solutions and manage new account launches using strong project management skills
- Maintain administrative tasks and documentation using Salesforce.com
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN with industry experience supporting sales teams
- Ability to travel 60% (approximately 3 days a week)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to influence change and navigate complex stakeholder needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup environment or working with disruptive technology
- Clinical experience in a Neuro ICU setting
- Previous experience in medical device sales
