Clinical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch new hospitals and drive organic growth within the existing install base
• Partner with local Territory Managers to expand Ceribell use in acute and critical care centers
• Provide clinical education and training to physicians and hospital staff on product usage and workflows
• Build advocacy and champions within medical facilities using hospital data to validate interest
• Develop a qualified lead funnel through formal presentations and peer-to-peer education
• Manage new account launches using strong project management skills
• Troubleshoot workflow solutions and partner with clinicians to establish patient protocols

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN with industry experience supporting sales teams
• Ability to travel 60% (approximately 3 days a week)
• Must reside in the Westchester County, NY region
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment or working with disruptive technology
• Clinical experience in a Neuro ICU setting
• Previous medical device sales experience
